I think if it became clear in conversation that everyone was unsure, Rhys would start making a list of pros and cons (ah notebook, you are so helpful) and hope that it started spiraling into more of a discussion.
But with extracurricular thing, Rhys would (sorry for repeating myself 800 times I love you guys forgive me) be nudged in favor of "take their offer, and use the time to tackle problems in the Tower-- they are going to be watching us either way, so that's irrelevant". In other words he'd agree with Ezra there, though he disagrees slightly on trust.
