I imagine Rhys joined Trenton not long after the Tours, but it's never been stated if they scooped them up ASAP or found him with survivors like, a ~yearish after (or more). This is flexible if you want to do more with their CR history.
Otherwise I imagine Rhys will have mostly positive reactions toward him because, well, Trenton.
Victor is Schellenberg and has a similar invoking style and they should fight maybe there's something to do there concerning loyalty shenanigans and trickery.
