The Longpike Confrontation Plotting Post

Hi everybody!

The big confrontation is coming up, and I figured a post for OOC coordination is a good idea. My thought was to do this in two stages. The first is letting the characters meet and talk to Otto (initially as the dragon) with Reina and Asmo in tow, and see what happens there. I have a point at which we'll move that to the next stage in mind, but exactly what happens depends a lot on what y'all do!

For that part, we'll do a modified rule of three: wait three tags before you go again, but also try to not go too far past Otto. I will do my best to keep this part moving quick.

We'll update with the NEXT PHASES as they may or may not occur.

FIRST EDIT: In the interests of time, I am gonna have Isabella fire the teleportation spell tonight before I go to sleep; if you can't tag before then, we'll wait for everyone to enter but that way we don't get hung up on entry tags and get to the meat of it quickly!

I'd like to point out that unless Otto has the forethought to gag Reina, she's going to be yelling at those who came to get the hell out of there and take whatever they brought with them. Stopping Almagoras' resurrection is more important to her than not dying, apparently.

Also, considering Benny's going to be there (probably using either Isabella or Tristan for a ride), is Reina being able to use magic a possibility or no?

She sure will be able to use magic! Otto will have guards provided by the Masked Man, however, to keep an eye on Reina and Asmo.

QUICK REALIZATION
I keep forgetting about the anima stone! Rhys never got the chance to test it, and may pull Kate aside after meetings to ask her if he thinks it's wise to bring it in case he needs extra oomph during the fight. Given everything they've learned, he doesn't want to offer it back, at least.

SO what are Tristan and Benny told about what's going on? Are they filling him in on anything before this happens or will they be giving info/non-info during it?

From what I can gather from the previous post, it sounds like most everyone prefers they only tell them that they found something dangerous that could kill a lot of people if it were handed over.

(Excepting Val, who might tell Benito the details anyway?)
